The phone number for customer service that is listed on the back of the debit cards changed July 1, 2024. New cards WILL NOT be issued. The new number is 800-383-8000. This number was also provided on the June 2024 statement and newsletter.

  • Maximum Point-of-Sale purchases of $500.00-$1,000.00 per day if you have sufficient funds in your account.

  • Maximum cash withdrawals of $500.00 per day from an ATM if you have sufficient funds in your account.

    • Tap the “+” icon

    • Follow the prompts to add your debit card

  • Google Pay

    • Open the Google Wallet app

    • Tap “Add to Wallet”

    • Follow the instructions to add your debit card

    • Open the Samsung Wallet app

    • Select “Add Card”

    • Follow the prompts to add your debit card
